Prashant Shah began his professional journey in the real estate industry with Today (Bhadresh & Bhavesh Group), where he developed a strong foundation in property sales and client management. His enthusiasm, dedication, and performance-driven mindset earned him recognition as a result-oriented professional early in his career. After gaining valuable experience over a twelve-year period, he joined Jivan Darshan Property Solutions and has been associated with the firm for over six years. Prashant has played a significant role in handling investment-driven real estate opportunities and managing transactions within the commercial real estate segment. He works closely with clients to understand their financial goals and delivers tailored solutions that maximize long-term value.

Devang Shah has over 23 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a strong track record in land transactions and outright property deals. Over the course of his career, he has successfully served large number of clients, earning their trust through his market expertise, ethical practices, and result-driven approach. As a member of the Navi Mumbai Association of Realtors (NMAR) and currently serving as Treasurer, he has played an active role in shaping and strengthening the local real estate community. He is also an affiliated member of NAR India (National Association of Realtors–India), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuous industry engagement.

Sagar Shah began his professional career in equity stock market trading, where he developed a strong understanding of financial markets. He joined Jivan Darshan Property Solutions four years ago and has since specialized in rental and leasing transactions. With a focused approach toward rental and resale properties, his expertise enables him to serve clients efficiently and deliver practical, value-driven real estate solutions. His financial background and market insight add significant value in meeting client requirements and optimizing property outcomes. He assist clients in documentation, legal coordination and loan requirement.

Mr. Sagar Chauhan

Nikunj Shah holds a graduate degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA (Masters in Management) from MET Institute of Management. He has extensive experience across retail operations, investment banking, and strategic advisory.

Nikunj previously worked with Reliance Retail Ltd., where he oversaw financial and operational KPIs across 150+ stores and supported performance optimization and expansion initiatives. Prior to this, he spent 10 years at Beehive Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., advising founders and promoters on fundraising transactions, strategic positioning, and growth planning across sectors including IT, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, and Waste Management.

With a strong understanding of both capital markets and on-ground operations, Nikunj has meliorated businesses to improve go-to-market strategy, operational efficiency, and supply chain effectiveness, driving scalable and sustainable growth.
